Learn the art of bitters-making as expert Brad Thomas Parsons, author of Bitters: A Spirited History of a Classic Cure-All, takes seasonal crops, fresh from our farm, and turns them into bitters. Parsons demonstrates the process, shares cocktail ideas and sends you home with your own batch of farm-fresh bitters.

Brad Thomas Parsons is the author of Bitters: A Spirited History of a Classic Cure-All, which was the winner of the James Beard and IACP Cooking Awards, and a finalist for the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. Parsons received an MFA in writing from Columbia University, and his work has appeared in Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and Imbibe, among others. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
