Stone Barns is pleased to welcome renowned horticulturalist, author, and cucurbit lover Amy Goldman for a discussion of her new book, The Compleat Squash: a Passionate Grower's Guide to Pumpkins, Squash, and Gourds. Detailed descriptions, histories, instructions for planting, and recipes related to a wide variety of squashes are complemented throughout by Victor Schrager's stunning photography. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period. Copies of Amy Goldman's book will be available for purchase and signing at the event.
