Farm Day Camp is in its fourth season. Campers will have the opportunity to see how the farm works and get their hands dirty. At Stone Barns Farm Day Camp, we explore the farm-to-table connection. For the second year in a row, a food and nutrition specialist is joining our staff. Every day, campers will prepare healthy snacks such as bruschetta, zucchini fries, pesto and hummus. Campers will receive recipes to take home so they can prepare these delicious snacks for their families!
