Blue Hill Café and Blue Hill at Stone Barns

Visitors to Stone Barns can enjoy a bite to eat at Blue Hill Café or make advance reservations for a meal at Blue Hill at Stone Barns restaurant. Please note that outside food may not be consumed on the property.

Blue Hill Café
Blue Hill Café offers visitors light snacks, farm-fresh lattes and other locally grown goodies. Fresh baked goods and vegetable salads prepared in Blue Hill’s kitchen are available to eat in the courtyard or to take on a walk around the farm. The shelves rotate seasonal jams and pickles: rhubarb jam and pickled sunchokes in the spring and apple butter and pickled cucumbers in the fall. Casual outdoor seating is available adjacent to the Café.

Blue Hill Café is operated by Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and its revenues support Stone Barns Center’s farm operations and educational programs.

Blue Hill Café is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday visitors to Center and café require admission tickets. We sell out! Get your tickets ahead of time, here.

Blue Hill at Stone Barns
Blue Hill at Stone Barns has no menus, at least not the traditional kind. Instead, the kitchen creates multi-course “farmer’s feasts” around the day’s harvest (and around the diner too). Guests experience the freshest possible ingredients, virtually yards from where they were grown or raised.

Blue Hill at Stone Barns is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 – 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
