Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7: Always wanted to make homemade jams? Kelly Geary, chef and founder of Sweet Deliverance, will show you that you can, can. Kelly will discuss the many ways that you can preserve the bounty of the summer harvest and will show you the techniques you need to do it safely and deliciously. Kelly will make jam with local fruit and herbs from the farm, and you’ll take a sample home with you. She will be available after the program if you’d like to purchase and have her sign a copy of her new book, Tart and Sweet.

This program is designed for children ages 9 and up and adults.  Children must be accompanied by at least one ticketed adult.
