Four-Season Farmer
Zach Wolf graduated from Columbia University in 2006 with a degree in Environmental Biology. Zach is originally from a rural part of Northwest Connecticut. While a student at Columbia, he spent summers back home, working for an ecological research station, a land trust and eventually for a local farmer. After graduating from school, Zach moved back to Connecticut and spent a full season learning the ins and outs of managing a small diversified farm with cattle, pigs, chickens and vegetables. He joined the staff at Stone Barns in January 2009.
