Member Mondays are an exclusive offering for members on a day ordinarily closed to visitors! Join us for a guided evening walk to experience the farm in a whole new way. Set out in early evening with a glass of wine in hand to explore well-known and hidden parts of the farm to get a deeper understanding of our work to build a healthier and more resilient food system.

The Stone Barns CSA is open to Stone Barns Center members as a way to dig deeper into not only our delicious farm bounty, but into our farm innovation and experimentation as well. Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a farm-share program that fosters strong bonds between community members and farms. Individuals who buy a share of a farm’s bounty help growers both financially and with marketing, while CSA members receive weekly shares of nutritious, well-grown food. This series is an exploration of farm-driven cocktails. Just as we look to the season and crop rotation to inform our cuisine, so too can we use our harvests to create our cocktails.
Tour our garden, field, woodlands or greenhouse and harvest an ingredient to take home for use in your home-bar. While you pick, learn how unique each moment on the farm is and how this impacts our food and drink traditions. Then, step inside for a cocktail mixing and tasting experience inspired by seasonal farm ingredients. Sit down to learn about and taste an array of beautifully mixed drinks as you hone your ability to discern subtle flavors and ask questions of an expert mixologist from our partner restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns. FOUR-SEASON KITCHEN SERIES
The Four-Season Kitchen Series (FSKS) is a celebration of farm-driven cuisine. Throughout the year, generous supporters of Stone Barns receive this exclusive look inside the kitchen of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where Chef Adam Kaye leads cooking demonstrations and tastings. Participants receive printed recipes of the dishes to take home after each session. Registration for the coming year takes place in December. Click here to learn more about the 2018 schedule.
