Women in Grains: Two Leaders Share Their Stories

This session of the Young Farmers Conference was live streamed on Friday, December 7th, 2018 at Stone Barns Center.

Women in Grains: Two Leaders Share Their Stories

Grains writer Amy Halloran interviews farmers carving new paths in a new opportunity crop. Farming grains at a small scale is a whole new approach, and these women are tackling the task from the ground up. Each has wisdom on how to go against the grain – against commodity marketing, conventional farming, and against assumptions of gender and just about everything else in the book.

Speakers: Amy Halloran and Halee Wepking
