Farm Store

Danielle Aragon

Dani Aragon is a farm store and visitor center associate at Stone Barns Center. She studied at the University of Notre Dame, where she received a B.S. in science business and a M.S. in global health. Her interests in sustainable agriculture stem from her concern for the longevity of small-scale farming, an understanding of the role of nutrition in elite running and the perspective she gained on food systems as a pillar of global health. Originally from Billings, Montana, Dani came to Westchester to run professionally for the New Jersey-New York Track Club and pursue her dream of representing the U.S. in the 2020 Olympics. Stone Barns Center offers a unique opportunity for her to explore the parallel between nutritious and sustainably grown food, optimal health and athletic performance.

At Stone Barns Center, Dani helps ensure that all visitors have an enjoyable time on the farm.

On the side: Dani enjoys Tarrytown’s local coffee shops, reading books and exploring New York City.
