Kiera Foti is education manager at Stone Barns Center. Growing up in Rockland County with both parents as chefs, she inherited an obsession with food as well as a curiosity and concern for where her food comes from. In 2012, she interned at Stone Barns in public programs before graduating in 2014 from Mount Allison University with a B.A. in English. Kiera has also worked as a counselor-in-training director at an outdoor YMCA camp and as a line cook at a wine bar in Sparkill.
At Stone Barns Center, Kiera works as part of the Food Ed. team to develop Stone Barns Center’s interdisciplinary high school food studies curriculum and leads educational programming for teachers and students.
