What makes a great tomato? For farmers it may be about disease resistance and germination; for chefs it could be about flavor and presentation. Seed trials allow farmers to fine-tune produce varieties, meet market needs, and also get the public excited about vegetables. Join Jason Grauer, our crop production manager, in the field for this upcoming Member Monday to learn about some of the tomato varieties we are growing this year plus get a chance to taste!
