About the Recipe Rewind series
Recipe Rewind provides generous supporters of Stone Barns Center a rare glimpse into the creation of Blue Hill dishes and their deep connections to the mission-driven work on the farm at Stone Barns Center. Curated by Blue Hill, sessions will feature a rotating cast of farmers and chefs to highlight the behind-the-scenes collaboration between the Center and Blue Hill. Classes vary each month and explore a range of topics including ingredient selection, culinary techniques, and menu development.
All sessions take place from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Dates are subject to change.

How to Register
This program is exclusive to Stone Barns Center members at the Cultivator Level ($1,000) and above. To upgrade your membership, please call 914 366 6200 x140.
Space permitting, you are welcome to enroll in up to four initial seats* at a cost of $125 per seat. Registration will open beginning Tuesday, January 21 at 9:30 am.

*In your request, please note all class options that are of interest. We will do our best to accommodate your initial seat request and will add you to the wait list for any additional classes. We will notify you if seats become available throughout the year.
All cancellations must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to class to be eligible for a refund. A reminder email will be sent out to all registered participants 3 weeks before each class to give you ample time to make your cancellation.
