Dario is a Senior Livestock Farmer at Stone Barns Center. Dario grew up on his family’s farm in a small countryside town outside Rome, where he developed a passion for agriculture and caring for livestock. He has a love for Italian cuisine and has worked in the hospitality industry in restaurants and catering.

Off the farm: Dario enjoys the outdoors, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Katie and their son Matteo.
