Eloise is the Agroecosytems Researcher at Stone Barns Center. She is originally from Colorado, but has spent the last four years in Nashville, TN earning her degree in Climate Studies and Data Science. Her education taught her a lot, but her most transformative experiences have been working on three different organic vegetable farms in Eastern Massachusetts, where she discovered her love for farming and food systems. Eloise learns something new about agriculture everyday, and her ultimate dream is to one day start a farm of her own.

Outside of work Eloise is most likely making a mess while trying out a new craft, getting too close to being lost in the woods, and attempting to cook or bake without a recipe.
