John DiMarco is the Facilities Manager at Stone Barns Center. John manages the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Stone Barns’ property. He also teaches various courses to young farmers, including welding, small engines, torch cutting, and safety. John has worked in auto and truck mechanics and heavy equipment operations for over 34 years. He also worked as a service manager for a national company specializing in organic and environmentally sustainable tree care. John is a member of the International Facility Management Association.

Off the farm: John holds a master’s degree in theology, with an emphasis on global missions and teaching. He has supported and led missions around the world.
