Luis is the Senior Groundskeeper at Stone Barns Center. Luis has worked at Stone Barns Center for over twenty years and assists in maintaining the farm’s perennial crops, forests, and landscaping. He previously worked at the Rockefeller estate for eighteen years as groundskeeper and livestock attendant. Luis was instrumental in keeping all the trees and shrubs on the estate beautifully manicured.

Off the farm: Luis is a spiritual instructor and avid student of the Bible. He loves dancing and showing his appreciation for others through cooking.
