Nina Patterson is the owner of Helmstead Farm, a regenerative, no-till farm located in Connecticut. She is dedicated to the local food movement and spends her time working to improve soil health, reduce the effects of climate change, and enhance health and well-being through food. In addition to serving the local community, she and her team at Helmstead Farm also work to reduce food insecurity in the surrounding towns. Nina also serves on the board of Deerfield Academy.
