Stone Barns and Blue Hill launched our very first Open House to share our latest research, seed breeding work, and culinary innovation projects with the public. Each event featured a breakfast pop-up, Research Showcase hosted by our farmers and chefs, Culinary Demonstrations, an outdoor market, campus tours, and more.
