Shai Waisman is a founder, executive, and board advisor with a career focused on building and scaling complex services and technology-enabled businesses. He is the Founder and former CEO of Prime Clerk, where he helped build a category-defining platform serving global enterprises, financial sponsors, and leading professional services firms. Following Kroll’s acquisition of Prime Clerk, he served as President of Kroll and President of Kroll Business Services, helping to scale global operations and integrate strategic growth initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Shai was a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, advising boards, management teams, and financial sponsors on complex corporate, restructuring, and transactional matters.

Today, he serves as a board member, investor, and advisor to founders, executives, and investors, focusing on strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. He is also active in philanthropic initiatives centered on stewardship, institutional strength, and long-term community impact.
