Learn how different seasons and ingredients inspire Blue Hill’s beverage program. Class begins with a 30-minute tour led by a Stone Barns farmer, followed by by a 60-minute cocktail demonstration and tasting with light bites.

Botanical Beverages 101 is an introductory-level cocktail demonstration, while Botanical Beverages 301 offers an in-depth, hands-on experience in a small group setting with bar tools provided.
