Open House:
Taste the future of food

Join us for a day of discovery at Open House: a Sunday afternoon to taste and support the agricultural and culinary innovation work happening at Blue Hill and Stone Barns. Explore the projects that are evolving across campus—in the field, lab, bakery, butchery and kitchen—and learn about Stone Barns' and Blue Hill's new joint venture, Rhizome Co., formed to accelerate this research.

Curate your day from the menu of activities: roam through the Research Showcase; attend a Culinary Demonstration or Botanical Beverages class by Blue Hill; book a Lunch Tray in the Cafeteria; and shop for Stone Barns produce, meat, and seedlings at the market. Breakfast in the Cafeteria is available beginning at 9:30am.
