Stone Barns Center is a truly special place to work. On our 80-acre farm in Westchester/Lower Hudson Valley, our team has the opportunity to live our values of sustainability and good food, grown well every single day. Together, we work to change the way America farms and eats by training young farmers, promoting agroecology, growing food changemakers, and cultivating a farm-driven cuisine.
We are all involved on the farm, no matter our role, and there are regular opportunities to engage with work across departments. The gorgeous early 20th Century stone barns that make up our offices and event spaces are iconic treasures of the region.
We take great pride in our welcoming, warm team. Our staff are encouraged to participate in the wide range of programming and training opportunities that take place here. We come together frequently for community gatherings over food and make time to share meals together in our gardens and pastures. Our team is full of caring, dedicated employees, and we look forward to welcoming new teammates who join in our mission with a commitment to change and a love of great food and farming.
